The interchangeable needles allow you to clean your finds in the smallest corners. Thanks to the ability to select from 7 needle tips, you will not leave any more hard concretions or traces of dirt in the legends or on the faces of your coins and artifacts.
The needles are designed for the finishing stage of the cleaning process and for the most delicate finds; it’s the most suitable tool to slowly remove even the tiniest specks of dirt or hard to reach areas of a coin or artifact. These needles require patience and practice, of course, but your results will be fantastic! Best used under strong magnification or with a microscope.
It is the ideal complement to our cleaning pencil sets. Each set has 7 precision needles: sharpened (for precise cleaning), curved (for tight spaces), triangular (for even more precision), or blunt (for the hardest residues).

Helpful Tips
- Try to use use circular motion while cleaning
- Do not apply to much pressure on the tip in order to avoid damaging the coin or relics
- Do not apply on a wet coin or object as it may damage patina
- The harder the tip is, the better it wil get rid of hard deposits and dirt.
- The best tool to get rid of the crust is the scalpel; when you reach the surface of the object, use a softer/more accurate tool such as hard tip or brush
- If you have to clean a coin with patina, use the fiber glass brush as it will not damage patina.
